Biography

David Slutsker represents clients in civil litigation in federal and state courts across the country.  In addition Mr. Slutsker represents professional athletes in both contractual and transactional matters as well as civil litigation. 

Mr. Slutsker has over 28 years of experience representing world class athletes in a variety of sports including football, basketball, tennis, boxing and the olympics. 

He has also represented numerous corporations dealing with union negotiations, litigation, appellate work, arbitration as well as transactional matters.

In addition, Mr Slutsker has litigated numerous complex federal and state court cases including high profile cases Demetrius Andrade v. Roc Nation and Jay Z, Don King Productions v. Ruddock, Morton v. Ruddock, CCKR v. Venus Williams, Serena Williams, Richard Williams and SoBe Entertainment v. World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).

Mr. Slutsker has had two trials televised on Court TV and has also appeared on Court TV as a sports law analyst. He has served as a visiting lecturer at the University of Miami School of Law and at various events hosted by the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. He previously headed the Sports Law Division at Ruden McClosky and was a partner at the law firms of Adorno & Yoss and WNF law.

A native of Livingston, New Jersey, Mr. Slutsker is a graduate of Lehigh University and the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Florida and New Jersey Bars.
